Season Review
A website update at long last!!!
Hey Canucks fans, sorry for the lack of updates over the past few months, but there wasn't much to write about – and um… I got a bit lazy.
The 'nucks had a pretty good season. We ended up third in the B-South. We would have been second but we had a couple forfeits. Only four real losses this year, and we had the least amount of goals against so credit is definitely due to our phenomenal keeper Mark and our extraordinary defensive core. We had some great offensive stars too. Joel stepped it up this season, and scored a good percentage of our goals. New addition Harry, gave our offence a nice boost and ended up near the top of the leader board in points. Last year's offensive stars didn’t quite keep up their scoring proficiency (probably a bit too old and out of shape) but still managed to give a decent performance with solid, steady play. Oh, and the Coachman stepped it up for us too with big delicious jugs of Keiths, and a plethora of deep fried goodness after each and every game.
Playoffs are coming up and we got slotted to play the Titans in round one. Time to turn it up boys!
Game 2: Sat. March 15, 8:30 @ Wave Sports Center
Game 1: Thu. Mar 20, 8:30 @ Tom Graham Arena (Richmond Hill)
Game 3 (if necessary): Mar 22, 1:30 @ Tom Graham Arena (Richmond Hill)
